TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read these terms carefully. They outline your rights, responsibilities, and what to expect when you use Hundrads.
Hundrads is provided by Limau Labs Sdn. Bhd. (“Hundrads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Hundrads, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the product on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by collaborators you invite into your workspaces.
Hundrads operates on a credit-based system. Each ad creative generated consumes one credit. Credits are valid for twelve (12) months from purchase unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where Hundrads cannot deliver the purchased credits.
You agree not to misuse Hundrads. Prohibited activities include violating applicable laws, uploading malicious code, reverse engineering the platform, or generating content that infringes intellectual property or promotes prohibited products.
You retain ownership of the ad creatives generated for your account. Hundrads grants you a licence to download, use, and commercialise the outputs. We may store generated creatives to improve product performance and provide support, but we do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
We aim to keep Hundrads available around the clock, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. If a change materially reduces functionality you have already paid for, we will work with you to provide alternatives or refunds.
You may stop using Hundrads at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users. Upon termination, your licence to access the service ends and outstanding fees become immediately due.
Hundrads is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific advertising results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hundrads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of Hundrads after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
